"In September, we purchased a newly-constructed RyKar home on Faires Ave in Belmont. When we started the process of looking for a residence, we were reticent to explore the prospect of a new home because of all the variables involved. We were fortunate to discover RyKar Homes, but once we did the arduous process of purchasing a new home could not have been more assuring and rewarding.

Ryan clearly has the knowledge of someone who has gained significant experience in the industry, but he also understands the importance of cultivating direct relationships with new home buyers. His level of service and feedback far transcend what even an informed buyer would expect from a homebuilder. Moreover, and equally as important, his level of service post purchase is impressive. You can tell that he assumes complete ownership of each home that RyKar constructs and that nothing is right until the buyer is entirely satisfied. As an example, he personally conducted the pre and final walk-throughs, and he has been personally involved every step of the way post purchase in fielding questions and seeing through minor tweaks to the property to dial it in to our specific needs and meet our expectations.

My wife and I started a couple years back with plans to build our last home to spend the rest of our lives in. We were blessed when a good friend sold us vacant property to build on. Being in real estate

and an appraiser for over 40 years, I had high expectations when deciding who would be the builder. A few years back when I was appraising a proposed new home, I noticed that the builder had provided details of very good quality features. I watched as the

home was being built and provided draw inspections for the bank that was financing the build. I later completed the final inspection for the lender and was very impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship that went into the home. So, when it came

time to select our builder, Rykar was the first builder that came to mind.

Ryan met us at his office, and we discussed plans that we were interested in. We both felt very comfortable talking with Ryan and just had this feeling that he was very honest and someone we could trust

with our future dream home. We met a second time at his office to make our selections right there at his office. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when making our choices for flooring, lighting, trim, and other building components. Through all the steps

"Quality. Professional. Timely. Integrity. Accessible. Fun. Enjoyable.

These are just a few words to describe the experience my wife and I had with Rykar Homes during the construction of our forever home. I have known owner Ryan Roche professionally for more than 14 years and from day one, he has been a man of great integrity and a man of prestige professionalism. When my wife and I decided to build a home, we spoke with other builders who were close friends but we simply didn't feel it was the right decision. It was during this time I spoke with Ryan about the new Longview House plan that he released on our wedding anniversary. During our first consultation with my wife and I, Ryan began to show us what he could do. He understood the budget and met our desires with "I can do that." From day 1, there was NEVER an ounce of doubt. We knew we had made the right decision. During the building process, Charlie was equally as fun to work with as Ryan. He is detailed. Any time I called with a question about something, Charlie already knew what I was calling about and had details of when things were being done. He was accessible for ANY questions even if it was the weekend. Simply put, I feel like Charlie became a part of our family during this process. The best part of it all is at the end of the build, there was no "surprise" money due. Here we are six months later, sitting in our stunningly beautiful home AMAZED at what we have.
From my experience, I have seen the pressure building a home can be on a marriage/couple. That pressure does not exist with Rykar Homes. It's a fun and enjoyable experience full of excitement.
