Our Story
After more than 20 years of building thousands of new homes for large, national builders, Ryan Roche grew tired of a world where customers were just numbers and sales goals. He longed for a more personal approach to building and wanted to focus more on family, his and yours. In 2017, Ryan and his wife Karen formed RyKar Homes to pursue that dream. It's a simple combination of their first names, but it represents a deep commitment to treating customers like family and getting to know you. Ryan focuses on your needs and desires to build a new home where you can relax, enjoy life and create your own lasting memories.
